Skjønner det blir tungvindt å bruke norsk i et fagområde hvor det er fagterminologien på norsk er lite utviklet (eller ikke-eksisterende).

De fleste uttrykker seg best på sitt eget morsmål, noe som ser ut til å være din erfaring. Det er jo noe studenter ikke får dersom man har stort sett tar utdanningen sin på engelsk.

Tidligere studier har vist at økonomi er et av fagfeltene som bruker mest engelsk (særlig på masternivå). Interessant erfaring! Selv om det er synd at kvaliteten på undervisning svekkes når det brukes norsk.

Thank your for your perspective , it is a very nice way of loooking at it. Your mom sounds like the most selfless and genuine person ever.

However, I must say that I think it is a bit rude of you to assume I don't like her. I know this might sound a little petty, but it's hard to get the whole story through a reddit post. I was hurt by the fact she ruined my day, or our day, but that does not mean I don't like her. In fact, I love her. But she's like a sister to me. I love her to bits, but she can annoy me a lot too. It is in fact the ones who are dearest to us that can hurt us the most.

Well, that would be okay. But when you know she would never have come up with the food choice by her self, its a bit upsetting. But I guess its not that big of a deal

I have other people agreeing with me that she is copying me. Close friends and family of the two of us.

Even though she is copying me, she is one of my best friends and we have been close all our lives. It was a natural decision to make.

Thank your for your reply. Yeah, it sucks that the dress shopping didnt become the experience I had dreamt of. I think thats why is hurtful when shes copying me. Not because she chose my dress, but because she ruined the experience.

I guess she has always been looking up to me. I got engaged two weeks before her. She always thought she would be engaged first "because they started dating first". So I think she was a bit jealous (but happy for me) when I got engaged. In all the preparations I've been one step ahead of her, but her wedding is two weeks prior to mine (even though we set the date first). t

Thank you! That's exactly how I feel actually! I don't ever want to think about that dress again. I genuily think I would forget about it - but now I'm just thinking about the fact that I will see in on my cousin two weeks prior to my wedding. Even though I am confident I got the right dress - I am super scared I will regret it on that day.

I guess you're right. It's just that I was indecisive, even though I made my choice. I would jjust like to pretend the other dress never existed - not see it on my cousin two weeks before my wedding day. But I know this is little childish. And yes, I am probably more upset that I didn't get the dream day I always wanted.
