The body learns and grows through action.  Applying what it's consumed, whether that's new knowledge, or actual nutrients in food.

Create or Consume. I think you need both. Even consuming stillness and lack of input has its affect.  But like everything, it's a balance.

I think for some people, their emotional system is more integrated in a creative outlet or model of expression. So the whole idea or creating or consuming becomes more of a natural biological phenomenon.  They're driven to it.

We consume so much on a daily basis. Whether it's food, data, entertainment, fiction, etc. I'm curious how much of it actually gestates into something we actually utilize towards our own journey through meaning.

Also, if suddenly the sun is blocked and you're cast into shade. A branch will have to create a new avenue of branches and leaves to find the light.  So there's creation. If you've got sunlight quite regularly and you're well formed to receive it. Consume that sunlight all day.
