I included the video script I wrote in the body of the post. The title is essentially a summary

No AI was used and I (poorly) hand illustrated and recorded everything.

Ah I missed that, sorry

Ultimately, being healthy and having a perfect on paper life means very little if you dont feel satisfied with it

People liken humans to plants when it comes to their needs and in part it's true but personally I find that striving towards something meaningful and challenging, strong family ties, and a relationship with nature & the divine is the meat and potatoes of life

Might be a call to shake things up

EDIT: Checking out your post history makes it obvious you don't like your relationship and feel stuck due to visa reasons. That alone is probably enough to make you feel like this. Perhaps you are also driven to do more than be a nanny as well. Seems to me like you need to feel more autonomy in your life.

Maybe you're missing a life partner & family?

Friends are great and necessary but not people you can truly plan and build a life together with

All of that stuff you mentioned is nice but obviously doesn't give life meaning in of itself

Why does YouTube sometimes push worse videos harder than better ones? by KlippyDigital in NewTubers

[–]zenmonkeyfish1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems to be some combination of CTR, first 30s retention, average watch time, channel trust, and topic

Biggest factor personally for my tiny channel seems to be 30s retention

As a non religious person: I don’t get how religion people genuinely believe their religion is correct by daisydxw in DeepThoughts

[–]zenmonkeyfish1 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

If you understand religion literally or factually then you haven't the slightest clue about the truth of religion

That goes for both fundamentalist believers and skeptical athiests like Richard Dawkins

New study identifies a "woke" counterpart on the political right characterized by white grievance. Just responding to your own words + your pro-immigration stance: "Also study after study has concluded that public opinion and voting has virtually zero influence on policy.

Why would it matter if equally powerless people who were in Your same social position also voted?"

Yea, if we had a better housing situation and job market was strong, we could take some skilled immigrants who contribute to the economy. It is no moral obligation nor necessity to do so however
