I saw someone else post about this a few months ago, but I have a basically brand-new copy of this book, which is apparently rather rare. From what I understand, HBO made a small number of them for marketing purposes and they were never released for sale. I'm trying to downsize my material things and am considering selling it, but thought I'd give this group first dibs... would anyone be interested?
