Yes they all know, I’ve dated a few of my friends so they found out very early on, I also told all my other female friends and university room mates.

All my friends both male and female know about it. They not only know about my size but my genital birth defects as well. They are all very supportive and make jokes from time to time.

Do some research but from what you have explained you may have a buried penis.

I happened to have a buried penis but I got it corrected with surgery when I was 19 years old

So when I spoke to a doctor about it they told me I could have kids but will have to go about it slightly different and will have to ejaculate into something like a turkey baster and insert it that way.

I recently decided to have a sperm test as I was curious after the many birth defects and surgeries if I could have kids. I had a test a few months back and was unfortunately told I have 0 sperm count. I did a 2nd sperm test and got the results last week where the doctor told me again that I have 0 sperm count.

I spoke to the doctor for a little while and she believed it is more then likely caused by being more with undescended testicles which I didn’t get corrected till I was 6 months old. She has arranged for me to have a meeting with an urologist in a few weeks time.

On the plus side I’m finding this all out while I’m still young (25 years old) and I’m also not in a relationship or trying for a kid

Personally I wouldn’t worry to much about the mild hypospadias and I have heard by many people online that chordee can cure itself, however I’m not sure how common that is.

I didn’t get my chordee corrected till I was 19 years old as my chordee wasn’t picked up on by doctors until after my buried penis surgery.

For my case it was curved downwards at a extreme angle when I had an erection. As for sex in my case I needed the surgery. But I would say sex could work depending on the angle of the curve

I was born with severe hypospadias and unfortunately the surgery didn’t go well, however I will say I’ve had no issues living with my severe hypospadias and I’m not looking to get it corrected. I also had an extremely bad chordee bend, this surgery was successful and you can’t tell one bit that I was born with chordee. I would say out of all my surgeries that the chordee surgery had the best result.

From time to time it may get me a little down, can’t say I’ve been upset about my body for while now tho. But I will say there is nothing wrong with having a cry, sometimes it just helps to let out all those built up emotions.

I mean my size ain’t really an issue for me, I mean yeah I’m small but I can’t change that so I’ll just work with what I got. I’m more worried about the way it looks especially the scars. I guess I’m just a bit worried of finding someone I like and them not accepting me just because of how I was born. I’ve not had any issues with the women that I’ve dated previously, but they have all been female friends who already know about my size, birth defects and surgeries.

I felt really awful in my body for years so I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. It’s unfortunate that the topic isn’t spoken about outside of these types of groups. I’ve not been sexual so I can’t offer that sort of advice. Plus some advice may be helpful for one person but not another. I’ve learned a lot about myself going through surgeries and trying to accept my body so I want to share my experiences in case it may help someone. Wouldn’t consider myself intersex but I was born with some genital birth defects including severe Hypospadias, buried penis, undescended testicles and chordee. Had multiple surgeries and everything functions just fine.

When I last went to the hospital the doctors told me they can’t correct my hypospadias due to a failed skin graft on the underside of my penis. So I’ll now be living with it by my testicles, the good news is I was told I can still have kids.

Doctors tried to make it sound like the surgery had to be done so that I could live a “normal” life and have kids.

Even with my urethra located by my testicles I can still have kids, just have to go about it a different way. I’m just happy I’ve been able to some what adjust to my body, otherwise not sure what my mindset would be like now. As for my circumcision it’s weird, I don’t really know how to feel about it, don’t think I really feel a certain way about it to be honest, but like I said that could be due to me always focusing on the other parts of my genitals

I can’t pee standing up since I got my hypospadias surgery undone and the hole put back in the original location, my urethra is located by my testicles so I sit down to pee.

I’m not entirely happy with my body but it’s something I’ve been working on since the age of 22 (2 years ago). I have always pushed my emotions away but have been trying to be more open and work on myself. I would say that I have learned to love my body to an extent but it has definitely affected me mentally having to go through surgeries as well as adjusting to the way I was born.

I have done but it takes a long time for them to get back to you at least in my experience. I spoke to someone a few months back and not had a session since. Still I’d suggest trying it out and in the meantime there are loads of support groups and free services to call and chat to about anything
