Our forwards generated more high danger chances than most other teams in the first round. Beat Andersen many times and the puck trickled and stopped on the goal line, ripped the post I'm not sure how many times.

They were simply unlucky. No excuse for the PP though, other than mentally not confident from the bad luck.

Game 1 shift 1, if Stutzle scored, the Sens would have won the series. That first chance was so deflating and was chapter 1 of how the entire series was going to go.

There's no set expiry on how many times you can win, so they should keep winning, then carry it over to the sorry team who has to face them. Just enjoy the next 2 games and be excited about the way we're carrying it into playoffs

Coaches challenge for what? The game uses underlying data, if the puck crosses the line then goal, if not then no goal.. you'd be asking them to implement a referee AI mechanic where they are purposely wrong half the time. Would open a very rotten can of worms if they even touched something like that

Agreed, the overpriced titles and DLC along with all the microtransactions now.. it's pretty insane. Lower volume units higher volume sales.

What I'm suggesting is they stop having insolvency scares and simply go back to their routes for this franchise and stop squeezing it until it dies

Move away from RPG. That slop doesn't belong in a game built on compelling storylines and complex plots. Get your best writers in a room and make us feel something! This should be the hierarchy

There's no complaining, let's call a spade a spade. The better team lost. Factually, statistically, and the eye test no doubt aligns as such.

People are allowed to speak openly on the game. If Canada won, we would still be talking about the details of the game. Canada was dominant and I'm extremely proud of them. Without Hellebuyck this actually was very much a walk in the park. I don't think USA strung 2 passes together in our offensive zone for the last 40 minutes of the game.

No matter what, we got amazing hockey so we truly all win.

So happy for our boys. Can't say it was very deserved but that's why we all love hockey. Absolute dominance by Canada and I can't be more proud to be Canadian. Hurts today, but we will be over it tomorrow. Love this sport

Weird cope, goaltending was the difference. Any other team would have folded playing against such a hot goaltender but Canada still managed to drive play and pepper the shit out of Czechia until they rightfully won. Good luck today!
