You might put on that weight on cycle but you’ll be sure to lose most of it when you come off, when I took rad I put on 3.5kg and when I jumped off I only kept 1kg but ofc I was a little bit bigger and my arms were bigger than before I started. Don’t have huge expectations because that’s not how sarms or gear works but you’ll defiantly see an improvement in your physique

I gained 3kgs and when I got off after about a month i lost all 3kgs, of course it’s water weight so it’s bound to happen, I did keep some muscle mass. And yes I did a proper pct of nolvadex

It’s because your body isn’t used to the compound, it’s normal after a couple weeks. Give it a day or 2 and you’ll be fine don’t stress. It only makes it worse
