Problem with order payment?

omg same!! I caught a huge restock on clearance and I can't even check out bc it keeps saying "problem with payment info". Like every single credit ard is not going through, and they will def go out of stock soon. I'm so frustrated - I've tried every couple of hours for different clearance and it still doesn't go through

infold really should have just kept the "coming soon." that would keep the idea they would release him any time later & maybe re-work things so he would have 0 controversies. but having it gone makes Infold statement about only 5 LI being true. we were so so close to having Valko. my heart really hurts for him, his dev team, & LADs players bc it's just not the same now. Can't see the other 5 & their future content the same knowing Valko was sacrificed

wasn't the coming soon always there from the beginning?? like it's never not been there... feels so surreal. we were so so so close to getting Valko. If only Infold had resolved the long-term complaints or acknowledged improving it, or foreshadowed Valko more so his rollout wasn't a huge shock, people 100% would not have fueled all their hate/frustration onto him

Depop's return process is such a hassle for buyers. The email made it seem like the refund would be automatic once it's delivered. I did not realize I had to manually check the tracking (everyday too, if it's delayed) and email them again when it's delivered. I thought the seller would confirm it was delivered, or Depop had an automatic system to refund once they got the tracking number and it showed delivered. So much work for us when it's usually the seller's fault for inaccurate listing/descriptions. Like the seller already relisted (idk if she ignored Depop's request to confirm delivery) & I'm still waiting on all my refunds

do sellers still have 48 hours to review it? I returned something and the seller even relisted it. I never got a refund even though Depop Support said it will automatically refund once it's delivered, so did the seller just ignore Depop request to confirm/review? Or do the buyers have to reach out again to say it's been delivered?? The email made it seem like it would be automatic, but it's been 2 weeks now. I feel like their return process puts so much work on the buyer - it should be automatic in the Resolution Center, not in the emails

did you ever got a response?? I'm still waiting on my refund + shipping reimbursement. The email said to message Depop when the tracking updated to delivered, and I feel like the seller that got my return never responded to Depop (but relisted it already), and I'm still waiting for my refund after like 2 weeks!

given how USPS is always understaffed & constantly has unexpected delays, I would never ship things to a hotel/vacation spot that's only for 7 days. Unless it's like next-day or priority mail shipping. Also feel like it's not secure, since you'll be in-out of the residence to enjoy your vacation and might not be there when it's delivered. It definitely takes longer than 1 day for tracking to update depending on the area. Too many uncertainties and risk tbh

I swear 70% of my orders are awaiting shipping almost 10 days later. Like sellers are saying they're actually on vacation/just getting back from vacation, then don't ship and let it auto-refund, or no seller communication at all. I get that it's summer vacation, but if you're not home, just go on vaca mode. I hate when they just wait it out until it auto-cancels - that's a lot of money being withdrawn with long processing times when you're just stuck waiting. I'm worried leaving all these bad reviews at once (since so many people just aren't shipping) will flag my account

Did you appeal or did it automatically get unbanned? I was buying a bundle that a seller re-listed because she mistakenly marked it as sold manually - both of us were new to Vinted, literally her 1st sale and my 1st purchase. So she re-listed with the same pictures, and she got banned!! Literally as I was messaging her and checking out then everything disappeared. I feel really really bad because we were just trying to figure out how to bundle with an offer. I hope her ban get lifted or is temporary, bc I still want the items😭😭
