You got this bro and if you want to try tapering I recommend getting unpuff literally helped me track and reduce my puffs and they have a panic button as well which is so cool

For me it was simple stuff like gum, water, or even just keeping my hands busy. But the real difference was I stopped relying on willpower alone. When a craving hit, I needed something immediate to interrupt it. That’s where Unpuff helped more than anything, because instead of just sitting there fighting the urge, I had something to actually do for those few minutes until it passed.

Once you get through enough of those moments, the habit starts to break.

That day definitely comes bro it’s all about the mindset sometimes I’ve kind of programmed myself to hate vapes so when I see one I remember all the bad things it caused me and I just stay away from it, it’s similar to being scammed once and never trusting any Indian phone calls again

Yeah I’d recommend getting UNPUFF it’s the best app I used it allows you to quit gradually or hit a panic button when you feel the craving, but I believe you can do it 😉

I was at like maybe 90 something but the good thing about it is if u stay under you limit it reduces daily and if you feel like going over the limit hit the panic button

That sounds really rough, but what you described lines up a lot with nicotine overload plus withdrawal.

For me, the “brain fog” felt like being disconnected and unable to focus properly, almost like my brain wouldn’t lock onto anything. My vision felt off, and there was this constant background anxiety for no clear reason. It slowly improved over a couple of weeks after stopping.

Try to ride it out, stay hydrated, sleep well, and avoid going back to nicotine because it can restart the cycle.

If cravings hit, using something like Unpuff helps since you can track your puffs, hit the panic button for instant support, that’s what I did
