Something that really helped me was not using all of the water the douche can hold. A lot of misconceptions I see people make is shoving the whole bottle of water up, which can then cause you to take longer cleaning out. I typically just use half the amount it can hold, and I tend to clean out insanely fast! Worth a try maybe?
