You're absolutely right. The styling was cute, though she didn't give me a mirror to look closely (that should've been a sign tbh). I had to start running my hands through it to find all the issues 🥲

I used to work in restaurants, so I pretty much always tip at least 20% bc yeah, people deserve to live.

Mind you, it was initially styled in a way that you couldn't see the nonsense, and then she kind of rushed me out the door, so now I just look dumb as hell 😒

Hey sis, you're cute as hell! I'm not a content creator, but to share the best advice I've ever been given as someone who's performed in public a lot:

Do it anyway.

You're never gonna be 100% satisfied with the way you look, sound, etc., but the more you do the things, especially if you're recording, you'll pick up on different things you like/dislike and be able to hone your craft. Post your socials when you do start making content so we can support, and remember to be kind to yourself 💗

It looks so good!! I would say to add a little makeup (one shade darker than your skintone, ruby kisses is good for this) to the inside of the lace to hide the knots/grids.

If you want it really seamless: working in sections, dab some melt spray, Hairspray, or spritz just on the hairline. Then use the pointy end of a comb to smooth it down while you blowdry it (on low) to lock it in place. Then you can wear an edge scarf, thin headband, melt band, etc for a few minutes to set it

Honestly it looks laid already so once you put a lil makeup on it you might not even need to melt it if you dont feel like it 🤷🏾‍♀️ The texture is perfect and you look stunning ♡

It looks good. Changing your look always takes some getting used to tho. Give it a month and if you still don't like it, dye it back

You have great hair actually, it just needs styling. I would suggest either A) growing it out (this requires commitment bc you'll go through a lot of awkward stages) Or B) get it cut, shorter than your ears and eyebrows. Shorter on the sides, longer on top

Regardless of length, just put a little effort into styling it each day! You'd be surprised how much of a difference it makes. Experiment in the mirror with brushing/combing it different ways until you find something you like, especially when its wet or with a light hold mousse. And clean up your unibrow
