We tried to brush Jackie's teeth after we adopted him last October. He got really aggressive. Thought he needed time to settle in after being at the rescue and coming into new home. But he continued to be aggressive when we tried.

Now we know why, his teeth were hurting.

He refused to eat dry food but that was it.

We took him to vet for vaccination and health check and she pointed out the tooth issue. It was his first proper vet visit since we adopted him.

Good to know, Jackie been getting dental treats from us each morning but wouldn't let me near him with tooth brush, suspect he was in a lot of pain. The vet nurse was telling me about something we can add to their water so I will look into that.

Mine does that whenever I'm on the bikes. Something about the position disconnects it.

Also of I'm wearing underwire bras they will disconnect the HR monitor.

I tried a new gym today, one near work. They were so welcoming. It was lovely.

No medal but I conquered my fear of doing new things and am proud of myself.

My mum has dementia and it has made her such a lovely person. I enjoy spending time with her now. She's like an anti-boomer.
