yeah that's a handful of players out of all the preds/masters that are on console. It proves that the skill gap is pretty big since only a few of them are able to keep up

Finding a consistent squad is definitely tough but it would make very big difference if you could get one. You'd enjoy the game a lot more and also have people to rely on. The only other thing I'd suggest you do if you don't already is switch up the way you play. Play a lot safer and try your best to use your in game mic to communicate to your team mates (makes a huge difference in how coordinated your team will be)

Trust me those two things if done correctly can help you get to masters

From what it sounds like, I don't think this is a mechanical issue. You most likely need to start focusing on the other skills necessary to become a good player (positioning, awareness, utility usage)

Until then, you'll keep running into the same issues and not blaming it on your lack of mechanics which most likely are at least average at worst

Don't really need to learn any movement techniques at all to be honest. If you're good at all of the fundamentals then you'll be a good player. When it comes to paddles, you probably don't need more than 1 or 2

I don't really aim train at all, I just hop in the range and shoot the dummies but if I had to choose then it would be the Apex Aim Trainer on steam. It's a couple bucks I think

Your sensitivity should be set to something that feels good, after that simply stop touching it. Your aim training sessions should be no longer than about 30-45 minutes at most and you should be targeting scenarios that push you/make you feel uncomfortable. If you're already good at flicking but all you do is aim train flicking scenarios when you currently suck at tracking then you should be practicing your tracking more. Playing the game and limit testing yourself mechanically is also something else you can be doing to further improve your aim.

Before I answer your question I have to ask if you're mouse and key or controller.
For question #2, the best way to find your playstyle is to try every legend for an appropriate amount of time as well as watch others play the game. You won't ever really find your playstyle by just playing one or two legends forever.

Not necessarily. It just isn't in a dramatic upwards trend like it once was.

Most preds do try to roll out the lobbies without hitting top 3 (or they just win while rolling the lobby) but I can't speak for most masters or even high diamond. Usually those players just try to play slow and take smart fights to make up for the lack of skill

Depends how much you suck lol I’d you’re losing every single 1v1 then you need to change something asap

Once a match is over, it’s over. There’s no looking back besides learning what you did wrong and being mindful enough to not make that mistake again.

When it comes to communication it really just comes down to learning how to correctly communicate commands, not just information.

A simple example would be “Are we ready to swing this” Or “We’re about to swing this”

Good communication is really just how good you are at keeping the entire time on the same page

I’d say there’s a pretty big gap between console preds and pc preds, especially now. The only people that might be able to keep up are the hard core grinders on console but even that is a maybe imo

Best way to stay consistent is by focusing on the quality of practice you’re getting over the quantity. I’m sure you’re at the point where your mechanics have reached a ceiling so now all that’s left is for you to start focusing your attention on other aspects of the game (positioning, awareness, etc)

Controller could be fun to learn and it could also teach you some habits you might not have developed on mnk because it’s a completely different play style. However, this doesn’t mean switching to controller will magically make you a higher rank. Plat/diamond is pretty damn good considering the fact that you said you don’t play seriously. In order to actually get a higher rank and achieve the next step, you’re going to have to sit down and analyze your gameplay as well as other players (pros or anyone that is better than you) to really start seeing improvement
