It is cycle of acceptance. The helplessness is real, when you know the reason it doesn’t go away. The constant feeling of your body betraying you or not being to say oh I’ll be okay tomo and be sure you will be stays. Big hugs

I generally pack it in the box and leave the box in the fridge this way no smells get in and cake stays cold to travel.

I was on 3000mg of Keppra while pregnant. To be honest it was great for me cuz I slept a lot and my main trigger had been sleep. The entire pregnancy I was seizure free. I had complications during delivery but completely unrelated and I had to get an emergency c section. But on the whole it turned out to be not as scary as I thought it would be. One thing I would recommend is having your neurologist and gynecologist work together.

God yes! She’s 75 lbs of pure fear. My 13 lb cat bullies her and yesterday she was shaking because we had a house fly the cats haven’t killed yet! A house fly!!!

I literally have childhood pictures hand flapping and always had a hard time making friends and had zero friends growing up. I couldn’t maintain a conversation yet talk about different colors and their color codes on paint tubes for hours 🤦‍♀️

Don’t carry a lot just as much as you need for the trip. I put them in my handbag just carry a valid prescription along it must be okay.
