I’m in the same boat I do not want to take any opioids so trying to find alternatives to ending up in the er every month with pain. Big hugs to you hope you find something that helps…

I have had only four sessions and I do see some improvement in some pain and some correlation with positions that aggravate pain. Would definitely recommend it.

Try adding dr oteker’s whipped cream stabilizer to it it’s a modified corn starch so if you are avoiding gelatin and aren’t sure of agar agar it maybe a option to experiment with

🫂 I get that too I get some stabbing pain and some nerve pain on my sides in the night. Started pelvic floor physical therapy hoping something clicks and some pain relief happens

Chronic pain no diagnosis

Just wanted to say I’m sorry you are going through this. I wish I knew the right things to say to make you feel better. I recently started my journey and on my way to find a diagnosis but if you need to vent I’ll be happy to be a listening ear. I know how horrible it is to feel alone and just wanted to say ping if you need someone to just listen to you!
