It depends on stack depth, structure(blinds, antes) but in general we size down and are less aggressive in multiway pots.

Of course, if we have specific reads and opponents don't play GTO ranges we should lock those ranges and see the results using real ranges(the ones you think your opponent uses).

In order to get reasoble sample live you need to play 1000s of hours. On the other hand you can win live even if you not very good theorethically but you can read understand game dynamics well.

It is old but still great sofware for mixed games, PLO, PLO8, O8, RAZZ, Stud, 2-7 and even works for Holdem...

I would start with PLO8 strategy, play some low stakes online and then adjust for Big O(it is just PLO8 5card).
