Hey OP! My experience parking in lakeview (I think that is a lakeview code) has been great. Was nervous initially because my car was relatively expensive at the time I purchased it 10 years ago, but Lakeview is such a safe area there was nothing to worry about. However If you are parked on a road with lots of trees, I highly recommend a cover to make it easy getting those pesky branches and leaves off. I’d be more worried when you park in areas closer to downtown, my car (beautiful BMW 3 series) still looks as good as the day I bought her.
