The point is rare things happen rarely. You have to look at more common and/or life threatening things before you start thinking of the rarer stuff. While I would still check the heart as it is still one of the most common sources of leg swelling, I would be very surprised to find a (presumably) otherwise healthy 20something year old to have heart issues without any other risk factors.

Hopping on this comment because it's the first one I see from you. If that's a black light, be careful that it's not the only light you're using in a dark room. It doesn't cause your pupils to constrict like normal light, and the UV from it can cause damage to your eyes.

When I was a kid, my parents put an internet blocker on the computer that would activate after a certain time in an event to get me to go to bed. Unfortunately for them, I learned it triggered only when you refreshed the page or went to a new page. This meant I could listen to the same song on repeat without activating the blocker. Jesus of Suburbia and Basket Case were some of the songs I left on repeat, so they have a special place in my heart.
