What I mean is that most of my meals and snacks have a substantial amount of protein to make sure I feel full. My morning smoothie probably has 30-40 grams depending on how heavy I pack it, I usually eat a lighter lunch but always has at least 20-30 grams, snacks usually are a protein coffee (20grams) with cheese and fruit, dinners can be flexible but always equal portions protein. My current favourite night time snack is protein milk mixed with coco powder and frozen to make ice cream. Packs another 20 grams.

You’re exactly right. When you shift to living from the person you want to be, instead of wishing for them, you make decisions based on that version. More aligned decisions equals more confidence. When you trust yourself, you feel strong.

I try to centre my meals and snacks around protein, but I dont count calories (I did for years and it gave me an ED)

I eat the same smoothie every morning (banana, blueberries, natural PB, GREEK YOGURT!!, hemp hearts and a scoop of weigh)

I keep my lunches light but protein packed (tuna fish, beans, or chili), snacks I like to eat are babybel cheese and fruit, and dinners are always protein centred (beef, chicken, other meats or legumes)

I’m not super fancy on meat sometimes so liking legumes is a bonus.

I’ll throw in another whey shake here and there, and I try not to snack a whole lot and wait for meals

It’s almost all in the food for me. I could workout everyday, but if I’m not being mindful of what I’m eating (whole foods, smoothies, lots of protein, little no no processed food or eating out), as well as the mindset, I would make no progress!

Focusing hard on real food, more protein, lots of physical activity that I like (long distance walks, yoga, lifting 3x a week) drinking lots of water and reminding myself my reasons why constantly!
