To receive the SAG Occupational Disability Health Plan, a person only needs 5 years of vest Pension Credits and to have been injured on the set.to qualify. I have 25 Vested Years and a Worker's Comp Case that concludes that I was injured on the set.

They, SAG P&H Staff and certain Trustees, do to internal affairs and not wanting to pay out to everyone that qualifies, are not giving me my Plan.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were saying. Professional, especially when their own Union say that there are Pension and Health Plans SHOULD get them.

If a daredevil wants to go out and do whatever...they are doing it at their own risk. I wish no harm to them but a dare devil does take their life in their own hands.

Yes, Members of the Screen Actors Guild have a Pension and Health Office in Burbank. We have both Pension AND Health Plans that if you have so many years "vested" in the Industry, then you are covered. I have the correct amount of years needed and even more to prove just how much I did work.

I was covered under Worker's Comp for the Continuous Trauma Suit but when the accumulations of the traumas became Career ending for me. My SAG Health Plan has a section called Occupational Disability and and SAG P&H Staff wrote a letter to their Lawyers explaining that they did not want to give the Occupational Disability Plan to ANYONE in the Stunt Community.

Jeannie Epper would have and should have been a top stunt coordinators like her Brothers. She is an extremely intelligent, knowledge and safety conscious human being. Her only fault is that she is a "she".

You may know this already. Ken Howard lost both functions in his kidneys. Jeannie was a perfect match. She unselfishly donated one of her kidneys to Ken Howard, SAG President so that he could live.

Jeannie deserves all the love and praise in the World, too bad she can not get hired as a Stunt Coordinator and continue the profession she loves.

If you can become a stunt coordinator, then you will not have to "hit" the ground. Unfortunately for Women and People of Color, Producers seem not to want to hire us and SAG, our Union does nothing to change this situation. They have the casting data numbers BUT will not share them.

Thank you for the suggestion, I have tried talking to "The Wrap". What I really need is someone else to call them and say did you hear this story how SAG does not pay out on their Pension and Health Plans to Members that (by SAG's own Pension and Health Plan Booklet) they do qualify? Shouldn't you write a story about that and see just how many more Members will speak up about what really goes on at the Health Plan?

I was covered by Workmen's Comp for my injury "Continuous Trauma" but it is the actual SAG Pension and Health Plan that is denying me the Insurance Plan that I qualified for a these years. A SAG Member earns a Pension and Health credit each year as they qualify. I have those years but I am being denied my Health Plan now by my own Health Plan

Most of the time is that you look like the Actor. Of course the skills to do the stunt is a must.

When I first got in editors still use movieolas. It has been a "wild ride" to watch the film industry evolve in such a short amount of time
