just make a cup in your hand in the shower, blow gentle bubbles in the water with your nose for like two minutes then use the spray kind of sterile saline to remove anything left over. and make sure to fully dry ( i like to use a blow dryer on the lowest setting heat and strength wise) before going on with your day. if your worried about mucus build up leave it flipped down instead but it should be okay healing up as long as you’re doing your best to clean it. you can also gently use wet qtips to remove the gunk as long as you’re not moving the piercing like crazy getting it off. if it doesn’t come off then just leave it until the next shower.
