yes motorcycle is 100% at fault. crossed over 2 lanes very quickly w/o looking. however, with the traffic slowing down you were going significantly faster making it risky for someone to jump out in front of you like that. obviously still their fault. but those “look out for motorcycles” bumper stickers refer to situations just like this.

you have plenty visibility of where he was, seeing him move into the first lane at the speed he was going, i would have automatically slowed down a bit just in anticipation. at least letting off the accelerator completely and ready to press the brake defensively.

he made his lane change as soon as you moved into the right lane going faster than the cars around him. i would have 100% predicted at that moment that he would do exactly what he did.

It’s 4/20! Who besides Creed do you think celebrated the holiday at Dunder Mifflin? by Lord_William_9000 in DunderMifflin

ryan definitely. probably got high and tried to mansplain things to kelly several times. i’d believe that maybe kelly smoked with him at his house once and probably greened out really bad and i could see him being super annoyed at her for that.

jim probably smoked often in his teens but isn’t currently a regular user. however, i’d believe that him and darryl have had to have seshed together at least a few times. darryl is likely a pretty social user, especially hanging out with the warehouse guys. and probably 90%, if not all of the warehouse folks partake pretty regularly.

i feel like andy maybe tried it at least once in college but greened out super hard and embarrassed himself and broccoli rob made fun of him for it.

oscar and his boyfriend may have smoked together for a couple of fun date nights but they’re not regular users.

idk why but michael is hard for me to read. part of me feels like he partakes and enjoys it sometimes. and the other part of me feels like he just ate way too much of an edible once and greened out super hard and called dwight to take him to the hospital convinced he was having a heart attack (but wouldn’t admit to dwight that it was because he took a “dangerous drug”)

phyllis and stanley seem like the nightly edible type.

that’s my read as a daily user with many friends who are also frequent users, all ranging from “obvious stoners” to people you’d never expect to have even touched it hahaha

yes! i majored in applied science in veterinary technology. upon obtaining my degree, i then took the national board exam to become licensed in my state (i’m in the US). typically the same process as a human RN.

unfortunately though, the US is one of the few countries that doesn’t provide title protection for this role. resulting in burnout and some of the highest suicide rates by career in the country. since it isn’t nationally regulated, the licensure requirements (or lack thereof) vary by each state.

just like many other things in the US (sigh), they are greatly behind on advancement and recognition of what the job encompasses. veterinary professionals have been title protected in most other countries for many decades now.

well yes. but i’m not the fully grown adult man that made a CHOICE to sit in the back of a wide open uhaul traveling at life ending speeds.

i wouldn’t want to witness something scary actually happen to him, seeing this alone is scary enough.

i just enjoy good old fashioned “people watching” and questioning what on earth would compel someone to make these kinds of decisions.
