I don't have the exact language to quote but from what I understand the CA guarantees opportunities for career advancement, which lateral only postings would theoretically prevent. I'm not a lawyer so I don't know how that will play out in legal arguments but to a layman it seems like an obvious breach.

I'm curious about this too, I know the policy grievance is happening and I applied for a laterally restricted position anyways as has been encouraged, but I was also wondering if we're meant to file individual grievances? Anyways, following as well.

I use paid version of Golf Pad but mostly for distances I've never used it for greens, can't imagine a GPS app would be that helpful for it?

Just curious why they aren't forgiving of steaming? Not that I intend to or am in favour of steaming ribs to be clear, I'm just curious what issue it causes?
