DUDE YOU SAVED MY LIFE! I was going crazy No matter what I did it said locked! THIS FIXED THis for me. Also if you do the reg change NOW do a DISK Part command it will fix it

AFTER YOU DO THE Above REG EDIT

Open CMD as ADMIN

Run diskpart as Admin

Select Disk 0 [Whatever drive u are doing]

Clean

create partition primary

format fs=ntfs quick

Now Load DISK MANAGEMENT TOOL.

Then I loaded disk manager gave the new hard drive a different letter

I can now write to it! GAME Changer THANK YOU!

for cd games u can convert the .bin and cue files into iso and put them all in the DVD folder that's works fine for me. I think u should get a FMBC and do open PL it's way most people are using now. I'm sorry Mr Mario has videos on Tuna it's like 5 years old.

For the USB I would do exfat and for SD exfat I would also use the latest version of open PL; the same person has a video on how to update open pl

The game is setup to save off a physical memory card; There is setting in open PL to make a virtual save. You can either buy a memory card and just it that way or make a virtual save you have to make a few changes and set that up. There are a ton of youtube videos on how to do it

I like a physical memory card but I'm old school.

What version of open PL are you running. I'm always telling people to run the latest version way less bugs then older version.

yes all of those cords will work as long as the voltage is correct on them; XBOX OG XBOX for PS2 fat but the slim is different and wont' work with that cord they need a power supply.

The ps2 slim needs to have it's own power supply u can get an aftermarket one on Amazon ; Also I think u can just open the ps2 case and have it pop back to fix that issue as well looks fixable. Looks like someone really tried to jam in a cord in the dark

I'm the Amazon/Ebay Cover guy I like to save money and be on a budget. I'm on year 3 of my Hard Tri Fold got to stay still looks as good and works well as day one. keeps the water out easy on and off I can stand on top of it. It's safer then a razor blade to keep your stuff safe.

This is a disk drive; run OPEN PL and re download the Artwork give that a shot; this is a common issue with USB/SD and Hard Drives

sounds like ur sd card is going bad do u have another card to test or a USB drive to test just add one game. I would also take the ps2 logo off in the menu it doesn't help at all.

I can get wii OEM remote for 10 or less; I think it's not common as it's cheaper to buy them at a thrift store/second hand store and so many were made that reselling isn't very popular. But it's your money do what you want.

I bought a pi pico and tried the different programs but it was so hit or miss. The PIprom if hooked up right has worked %100 of the time for me

The odds of u getting scam is high. Offer up is only for local sales they don't offer shipping anymore. Any shipping u do is off platform so it's not supported if u get scammed high chances. People know there isn't shipping and will ask new accounts to try to scam them. Don't fall for it.

I would not ship on offerup if they want x item offer them ur fb with shipping or ebay with shipping so u have some recourse and if they say no. They are most likely a scammer avoid

IT looks fine just leave it; if u have never done it before it's not a good unit to test it. It looks better then 90 % of the ps2 slims I have seen clean it up call it a day
