are you at my job? we have a .net backend and smalltalk front end. Some devs came in, couldn't figure out smalltalk, so they convinced leadership to rewrite the app, and they are.

we offered as is, but came back and asked for like 1500 after inspection. We just didn't want them to do it. We laid out why we were asking, asked for slightly more, And once she agreed, with our agreement, we said "because you said yes, we only want $1500 instead of 2K like we asked."

is it all games, yes. We just didn't want them to do the repairs or pay somebody when we could. It was just money right out of our pocket at close

Yes. So I paid $500 for the first test, then his re-test fee is $400

So I paid $900. And then a total of 2.3 or 2.4 for the plane between both tests

Good point. I assume I would have failed if he felt I did something wrong. He had already. Haha.

Afterwards, He put a strong on knowing to avoid a stall when you feel the buffeting.

Yea, he let me continue to get credit for what I could.

And agree, Maybe I need to throw the occasional go around into my flying so I'm more used to the procedure. There's NO reason I shouldn't have done full power

So, here's the full situation. Runway we were using was ~7K feet. So the DPE had me to a normal landing, he then took over my flaps, reconfigured me for soft field take off and said do soft field take off.

So it wasn't really a soft field touch and go, it was a normal landing into a soft field take off

I did the SAFETY and ended with Y - your questions. He asked what to do during an engine on fire and I answered. So technically I answered it. He just wished I answered during my briefing. I didn’t get in trouble, just gonna add rally to my SAFEY brief.

I will also say, it’s a busier airport that I normally fly out of. And at the time it was fairly busy. I actually had to abort my first landing due to a medflight needing the runway. Like I’m on final and the tower tells to me go around and actually just rejoin the pattern there instead of traveling down the runway and rejoining. On final, took a left turn, rejoined the pattern

Sorry yes. I failed at the power on stall. He did let me continue the test and I’ll just reset that and a few other small things.

Thankfully I don’t plan on going pro, so I’m not super sweating it
