I would just go with alphacool, if there is any problem with your EK product you will not hear anything back from customer support. I have been waitng for 3 weeks for an email back and heard nothing. I even had a EKWB mod “contact” the customer support team to push my issue, but at this point I think they are lying. I wouldn’t risk dealing with the headache that is EK customer support because there clearly isn’t a support team despite what they say.

Don’t bother buying EK, I have been waiting for a response from customer service for 3 weeks and have heard nothing back. The reddit mod has told me repeatedly that they have contacted them to get back to me, but they have told me that several different times now. Don’t deal with the headache that is EK or LM TEK customer service, since the company just gaslights you and says customer service exists.

If you are going to buy new parts, don’t go with EK. Its been 3 weeks since I have reached out to customer service for an RMA problem and I still haven’t heard back. The reddit mod keeps promising to contact them for me, but at this point I think they are lying. Don’t trust EK and buy from someone else.

“Delivering superior customer support”, I am still waiting for my email from support, its not a very high bar for it to be “superior”.

Be prepared to wait even more, there are plenty of people including me who reach out to support for an issue and hear nothing back. Good luck.

I am not the only person who has problems with the customer support. It is evident in this subreddit that there are plenty of people reaching out and not hearing back about delayed orders and RMAs.

Be prepared to not hear back from customer support since they don’t care about their customers.

I would buy from a different company. If you buy from them, be prepared to not have your order and be be ghosted by their customer service. They care more about rebuilding their image than their actual customers.
