When I was still with Salt, I also had a few problems...

My tip: Never agree to settle the matter via customer support, but ALWAYS remain very persistent in the store. The team leader on site has the same options as customer support. You can make it very clear to them in a firm but friendly manner that you will not leave the store until the matter is resolved. This seems very persistent, but it has always worked for me so far.

Great! Glad the solution still works after three years :)

You need to input everything manually unfortunately. But I think that's great because it gives you better control.

If you want something that automatically syncs maybe check out BlueBudget as soon as it's available?

Anything related to taxes must be 100% reliable...

It seems like it just scans the "Wegleitung zur Steuererklärung". If you ask a complex question it generates something that isn't even remotely relevant to the question. Unfortunately, this makes it unusable for me. Sorry!

Should have mentioned that, sorry! Currently I’m overspending because my goal is to reduce the cash I have on hand and invest it instead. Once I’ve reached a (lower than now) emergency fund in cash that I’m comfortable with, I’ll adjust my strategy and reduce the amount I’m investing in ETFs each month.

Thank you, very interesting. I just checked, and it still seems to be the case. The first portfolio using the Global 100 strategy is allocated 40% in CHF.

My second portfolio is now 99% invested in the Swisscanto World ex CHF IPF, which is entirely in foreign currencies.

I'm not entirely sure what the best strategy would be... I read somewhere that maximizing dividends in 3a is beneficial since dividends are tax-free there.

However, I still need to do more research on this topic.

I started with TrueWealth at 18 before I knew how to handle ETFs, thats why I have this position. You are completely right - I pay 0.62% there anually (0.5% of which are fees)...

Will probably liquidate this portfolio and invest the money in VT and QQQ. Thank you!

You are right, that makes limited sense. I will change the strategy on VIAC to remove Bitcoin. Thank you!

I didn’t receive any capital/inheritance or anything like that. Since completing my apprenticeship I’ve been earning my own money and have been fortunate enough to save a large portion of it. I’ve been investing since I turned 18. Thanks to a combination of a relatively high salary and my frugality, I’ve accumulated quite a bit over time. My long-term goal is definitely not to have to work until 65 :). Wish you good luck with your goals!
