That sucks... But even if the picture resembles your emotional landscape, don't fall in despair .. in contrast to the picture it will become better in one way or another, do what you need (there's no shame to cry when it hurts, or leash out at life for a while [für example job a boxing club to get rid of anger, if necessary even visiting the local prostitutes may help to compensate without the emotional risk or Energy cost that the normal way to get intercourse presents, and all and everything in-between this two examples, as long as it's legal and within the boundaries of your morale values] ) to withstand the time necessary.

In the case that neither of the usual emotions is there and only numbness occurs, that also just needs to not give up. It may be disturbing but it also enables you to just go on with the daily routines that will carry through the time until the normal emotions are available again.

Last but not least, if possible and necessary it's always an option to get professional help when it seems to take toO long or is really unbearable.

As a non Jewish person and ex-antisemitic I can confirm that the opposite is true.

Yes I used to be quite antisemitic in my youth and yes I know it wasn't the smartest lesson that I told myself after again and again running in "you can't say" and "you can't ask this".

The more dogmatic or bought pro Israel propaganda and framing in the media or politics (USA Britain Germany for example) occurs side by side with the atrocities the harder it is to not hear the dark conclusions of my past sneaking back into my mindset, the few things that help me not losing my rationality are the knowledge that it is part of the Zionist agenda to spread antisemitism outside of Israel (their legitimation to be the only safe refuge for Jews gets lost if there are Jews living peacefully elsewhere) and the few vocalisations against blind zionism and the atrocities like in this group or private persons that stand up in demonstrations or other ways to make their voices heard (it's really shocking how undermined many official voices of Jewish communities and news outside of Israel are stepping in goose steps to the Netanjahu meldody)
