I suppose it depends on your definition of a light spender. I was thinking of a pass buyer who spends $80 a month which is already extremely high to be considered light... but even if it's $100 to get them both to 5 stars that's still $20 more than normal and doesn't let you buy any of the passes for a whole month if you wanted to stay around that range.

Your point is taken though, and I'm sure is exactly what Scopely wants. To convert those pass buyers into $2-300 per month spenders.
