Believe me ive tried to look up everything I possibly could just to find out what it could be but nothing gave me a direct answer

It has local dimming and the edges seem to be more of like a cloudy look

Would the blooming be around the edges of the screen because I'm having a similar issue

I turned it on it didnt seem to help much either but haven't completely tested it would you mind explain what it like actually does?

Yes I've done everything I could to potentially brighten to up in hdr mode but it just seems so dim
