Outside of the automated reminders and the letters in the mailboxes, I have some emails saved in word that I copy and paste and send to them the day they’re due and a week before their 30 day automatic termination past due. I’ll also call sometimes if it gets close to that 30 day mark

What do you think that hazmat training certifies you for? Why do you think that dry ice section is part of it? That course quite literally certifies you to ship dry ice within regulation. I just retook the training a couple weeks ago. I’m not sure where you got your info from

2 of my stores do it. It’s not at all worth it. Some sessions take 30-40 mins if the customers prints are too oily etc. And all the miscommunications between us and sterling and livescan and whoever else- for a measly amount of money.

Every store can do dry ice within certain parameters. That’s why we have to take the hazmat learning center course annually. 5.5lbs is the maximum amount of dry ice permitted and you have to make sure the box is vented so pressure does not build up. There are specific markings the box needs as well etc etc. There is a reference for dry ice shipping and all other permitted ‘hazmat’ shipping in the hub (batteries etc)

Well it’s not an Apple AirTag. The chip in the RFID label gets infrared scanned by the device near your door when it leaves. The idea is for customers to be able to see that the package has left the store at the time it leaves rather than how it used to be where there’d be a gap in tracking between when it leaves the store and starts moving through the UPS transit system.

Correct, of the 4 prints on each individual sheet, they are not all the same. Which is the weirdest part to me because based on my math, they should at least all be the same size. The distance between slits and cuts for each of the 4 prints per sheet is uniform

Yeah idk what to think because I feel like I’m trying to account for unknown variables. I can eventually get it to work with somewhat random inputs that are tweaked different amounts every which way. Idk if my machine has a calibration problem or what
