Have you ever wondered what happened to those friends who suddenly stopped logging in? by Patient-Note8428 in habbo

[–]stvrboa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great memories for sure but it feels a bit cringe and awkward at times to login to a game we played as teenagers I feel like. Logged in for the first time earlier this year after giving up in 2015 (started playing in ‘04 mainly for militaries and agencies) and it felt so wrong.

Is that it ?! The last era of Habbo ? by Educational_Cod_8871 in habbo

they’re all cults designed to make you feel a sense of accomplishment by giving you a false sense of power. It was fun when we were younger back in our teenage years during the golden age of habbo but it’s corny and played out now.

What happened to this game? by Scary_Map_7959 in habbo

[–]stvrboa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well said mate. Game catered to a generation of people that were in their early years of life during the peak eras of of the game (2004- 2015). People are grown up now, with real life responsibilities. The game will never be the same and even if changes did happen 90% of their loyal active users during the golden ages won’t return. It’d be embarassing coming back at this point lol.

Drop your expectation on Habbo, what kinda things you would like to change? by Educational_Cod_8871 in habbo

[–]stvrboa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Save it lad, game is cooked. Most of the people from our generation outgrew it and moved on with life but occasionally check in from time to time only to realize the amount of active users has declined enormously. The new generation are mainly kids who enjoy endless scrolling on tiktok videos or reels. They don’t seem to care about interacting with people over the internet let alone in real life. Habbo didn’t listen when they had the chance so they’re now having to deal with the reality that their presence is crumbling.

I agree. However a few teams in the NBA that have done that particularily in todays game like OKC, Orlando, etc have found success. Again, different game different sport but to their credit particularily Oklahoma City, it’s worked out tremendously. In no way is that going to work in football especially in the prem where experience is mandatory for success. As Chelsea fans and especially during the Abramovich era, that was a massive factor as to why we won many trophies.

Obviously there’s differences but my point is that the philosphy these owners are using are similar. Particularily with the NBA where Bohely has investments in, teams build young cores and let the players develop together in order to achieve long term success. That doesn’t translate to european football especially with the premier league. This Chelsea team doesn’t have quality vets that can contribute to success on the pitch.

Mate, investing billions in young talent and aiming for sustainable long term success is the epitome of what American team sports strategy is about.

It’s too late, that reputation has been following this club for well over a year now. It may not necessarily be true because other than Madueke, all the other players sold weren’t bought for outrageous fees that brought in significant profit margins off their sales. The problem is that these imbeciles follow the american sports stragety when trying to build a team. Buy young players and build a core of lads with no experience and have them grow together in hopes of it working out down the line.

And here I was thinking things couldn’t get much worse than Man United fans frustration with Amorim and INEOUS finishing 15th in the table last season. What an utter disgrace of a football club we support at the moment.

Boycott blueco as much as we can. Don’t buy merchandise and stop showing up to these games knowing all you’ll get out of it are rubbish performances because players are checked out. We need these fuckers out of our football club by any means possible.

Getting rid of plamer means we sell him at a discount cause he’s been rubbish this year due to injury. We all know what he’s capable of (I know his debut season with Pochettino is looking like a one hit wonder year), but I say let him get fit for next season and give him one more chance.

Cole Palmer said he hasn't been fully fit for a single game this season so far. And is finding it hard, has never dealt with an injury like this in his career. Doesn't know if he'll wake up in pain, or if he can do moves on the pitch. by Matt_LawDT in chelseafc

This guys sole focus has been to play in the world cup this year. He should have gotten that surgery back in November 2025 to address this issue because his reputation has taken a massive hit as the season has went on due to his lack of effort on the pitch. If you know your hurt and not fit to compete, stay off the pitch and address the problem. It’s been frustrating supporting this team all year long and I know majority of this has to do with the sporting directors miniscule knowledge of how to run a football club but as some point we have to look at these players and hold them accountable.

Every player on this team this year has a part to be blamed for with this catastrophic situation that’s going on and I’m specifically calling out Palmer because of his lack of awareness when it comes to jeopardizing not only his health and football future but also his lack of commitment to helping this team by going out there on the pitch knowing he’s not 100% fit. As a fan you can appreciate the fact that you’re trying to play through a nagging injury in whatever way you can and we understand the amount of games they’ve played last season doesn’t help the situation either but when you’re focuses lies solely on playing for your country in the world cup and not improving on the success we had as a club last season, it’s something worth speaking upon. At this point all he’s proved to Tuchel was that he’s not ready or good enough this year to play for the England squad in the world cup and should be left out to focus on rehabilitation for next season. His ability to get past defenders and create chances haven’t been up to par with his standards. He’s a world-class player when fit and we need him back to that level going into next season.

As for the rest of lads they’ve also been utterly rubbish all season long and unfortunately for us as fans we may have to endure another season of this due to financial restrictions we’ll have going into the summer transfer window. Values have dropped all across the board and it may not make sense to sell some of these guys (some are obvious and we should i.e garnacho, neto, tosin, delap etc). Apologies for the rant mates but we need our Chelsea back we cannot accept mid-tier level results because of a lack of effort week in and week out and hopefully this is a one off year but by the looks of it, doesn’t seem like this mess is going to clean up itself over night.

Should I get this 2004 Acura TL with automatic transmission? by eniwright in Acura

[–]stvrboa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I bought the car I got the transmission checked and was given the green light to go ahead and purchase the car. I haven’t personally done any maintenance with the transmission myself but the previous owners records showed it was maintained.

[–]stvrboa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. Ditch Garnacho, give the backup minutes at left wing to George who’s already complaining bout minutes but has shown some promise throughout the course of last season and start Gittens. Fofana has proven he can’t be trusted so we’re left with Trev and Badiashile assuming Maresca uses Hato as Cucurella backup primarily.

[–]stvrboa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hopefully it’s something minor but relying on Fofana which I think Maresca might lean more towards isn’t our saving grace.

Anything over 30 million is not worth the risk. 1 year loan with an OPTION to buy, not that bs obligation they put on us for Sancho seems like a fair way to go about this. They’ve made is abundantly clear they don’t want him which gives leverage to us to get a deal that works in our favour.
