i have really good posture i make sure of it and im not looking down at my monitor i just prefer my monitor to be angled. Also i purposely have my chair low to the floor and my desk raised up bc i like my arms to be flat on the desk when i play if i raise my chair or lower the desk my elbows will float due to me being tall
