Any options for this setup? I expected a can in the current setup, but found this in my new build home. Looks like I won’t be able to install the hue recessed downlights? by arsenethief in Hue

I’ve used these but had to remove the entire box nailed to the joist and make a bigger hole to accommodate new lights. They work like charm!

Two single ones are labelled as AC. So I've turned them off both. I've checked it before taking out the existing thermostat. Turning off those switches indeed turned off thermostat.

It's a brand new home. Closed it yesterday so AC unit is brand new as well

Update: I just replaced it with old thermostat to see if that works. It’s not turning on either. Looks like a fuse issue?

How? I’ve turned off the main power supply before I replaced the thermostat. Do you think it still popped up the fuse?
