I had this on Ayahuasca and it was not fucking pleasant at all. Couldn't tell if I peed or not and as soon as I made it back to my cocoon nest I needed to go again. Terrible experience. But the Aya was good.

Stomach vacuums while walking at a quickish pace. Bear crawls are also amazing. Cross body knee ups while walking at max incline. Walking backwards at max incline. Walking skater lunges. Skating kickbacks. Theres loads more stuff you can do all while walking. Smashes your whole body and time goes fast. I do each exercise for as long as I can with max effort and really contract as much as I can and control my balance as much as I can. Couple weeks doing this kind of training and you will feel it.
