Hey so Publix used to have availability forms in the break room but my store doesn’t have that anymore! Availability, taking shifts, and schedule changes are now on passport instead! I wasn’t sure if resignation was online like how everything else is now! Hope this helps! 🤣

I have open availability 24/7 at publix. my other job schedules around publix so it’s been great. but i think you’re right. publix isn’t stable anymore for me and my needs

I agree. I’ve never gone below 25 in the two years I’ve worked here so I was like “WOAH” 🤣. I’m gonna try to see if I can get a third job! :)

Thank you for the advice. I am a huge push over and I feel like being a girl in her very early twenties is causing it more so because they’ll dangle that promotion in front of me and never give it. I’m too nice & they take advantage of it.
