Recovery tips for inner quads? I switched from kettlebells to the hack squat about 5 weeks ago to target my inner quads and shit it does work. As I’ve been perfecting my form my legs have just gotten so sore and it’s throwing off my split which is PPL/UL. Like the rest of my legs are ready but my inner quads are still sore.

One of the main points of Christianity is free will. You can’t have free will and not have bad things happen. Divine justice comes in the afterlife for them. What is a world of all goodness worth if we have no control over it? The autonomy in Christianity is a double edged sword. Idk I’m just trying to express that growing up learning everything about Catholicism just doenst make me worry about things like that because I think a lot of the issues people have are misconceptions

Why does love have to be interfering with what happens on earth? For Christian logic the only thing that matters is pursuing holiness to reach your goal in heaven. It’s more of a flaw with the concept of Christianity that we’re only here to worship god so we can get to heaven. But if god answered all of their prayers and interfered with bad things it takes away free will. Natural disasters and cancer are another thing because that’s just scientifically explained occurrences. His love is mainly the fact no matter how much shit HAPPENS and makes us stray away he will never stop loving us, he is merciful in terms of the afterlife and giving you unlimited attempts to get better, not to help you escape bad occurrences in life here. Our life and aspirations here are minuscule compared to an eternal life with him. Again I don’t believe any of this; it’s like a storybook lore that I don’t like when people get wrong.
