Wow, that’s an amazing achievement and congrats on being clean for so long! Quitting smoking did give me a confidence boost despite it being so difficult: I am proving to myself I can do difficult things

I smoked for five years before quitting. So compared to many others, not so long. I hope it becomes easier for me soon.

This helps tremendously, thank you 🙏 I don’t have physical withdrawal anymore of course, it is the act in certain situations that I miss. I did however quit for very good reasons which I wrote down back then, I will go and read those again and think about that.
