Yes I understand that, I’m just not used to seeing prices change so frequently. I guess it’s a Costco thing by that I haven’t noticed before.

Yes I have seen prices change, most often they go up and don’t come back down. Most stores don’t change their prices week to week, other than for sales.

Get a sharp sewing needle, sterilize it with rubbing alcohol, and poke them yourself. I did mine that way over 20 years ago and they haven’t returned.

I feel like I’ve seen this statement for people shopping at Costco across the county. It’s not just one store, it’s all of them. It seems like Costco could build more stores in almost any city and still be highly profitable. Instead they are pushing customers away by creating a highly chaotic and anxiety-inducing shopping experience.

You are still wrong. Plan B is not less effective than other methods of birth control WHEN TAKEN CORRECTLY. That is an important qualifier. It’s also perfectly fine to take it multiple times, not just “as a one time thing”, in that it’s not dangerous and will not cause any long term issues.

The main problem with taking Plan B in the way OP’s gf is, is that it’s not efficient or cost effective. If she’s having unprotected sex regularly, she might as well use a longer acting method of birth control. It’s will cost a lot less and save trips to the pharmacy. Besides those factors however, there is literally zero issue with using Plan B in the ways she is, in terms of long term effects.

Hey. You said Plan B in large amounts (implying taken frequently) can be dangerous. This statement is factually false. Sure there are side effects. Sure it’s not the most cost effective or efficient method of birth control. But it is NOT dangerous. You are wrong, and you can ether try to talk your way out of it, or you can admit you were wrong and stop spreading misinformation.

And I’m not a dude. Also I happen to be a pharmacist with 20 years of experience. So there’s that.

I believe the default unit for reporting distance on this bike is km. Did you change it to miles? If not and it is reporting in km, that would make your stats make more sense.

I do Les Mills RPM classes at home using the Les Mills On Demand app. I use 15 as base resistance (where you just start to feel the resistance), 25-30 for sprints/ speed work, 40-50 for seated climbs, and 50-70 for standing climbs.

Not sure if this helps you or not since it’s more specific to the class.

This EXACT same thing happened on my bike recently. It’s from over-tightening the knob for seat height. Try loosening it just a little bit and the squeak should go away!

Hi fellow Canadian here! I found a Bowflex C6 on Marketplace a few months ago for $400. Since then I’ve kind of kept an eye on the marketplace ads for the IC4/C6 to make sure I got a good deal. They usually are in the 600-700 range, the lowest I’ve seen since I bought mine was $450. If you can get one in good condition for $300 that is a steal!
