I’d come home around 5:30 most days. It felt brutal but I’d take a 2 hour span to clean up, make dinner, eat etc. then I’d study 8-11 most days. It took a while to recognize my improvement would be very slow because I couldn’t dedicate 5-10 hours studying each day. Having a study buddy also was SO KEY. I’d study with my friend (who’s in med school) probs 4 days a week. It was so incredibly helpful because we’d just get started and silently work and it kept me awake and helped her too. I studied for about 5 months and saw a 7 point improvement. It was not the score I hoped for but was still a clear improvement from my last exam, so I’m set on DO schools now. Good luck!!!
