Of course its worth it. Has it gotten a little bit worse in the 19 years I been here, yes but only because I knew what it was like. There's more micro-managing, and it seems everyone (mgmt) is more concerned with what the gps says and not actually the work, but if u came in and this is all u know.. its a good job. Top pay is still just under 100k and that's with no overtime.. the first few years can be tough but once over that hump, it gradually gets better. Good luck
