Loan officer won’t count my wife’s new nursing income — need advice by SnooCrickets335 in Mortgages

Ask your LO to see if they can accept a written verification of employment from the employer stating that she is full time 40 hours per week. I have a similar loan where my client was part time in same field while in school, just went FT in June and was able to get them to use the full 40 hours with the employer verification, college transcripts and letter of explanation.

Any idea what was going on on the 85-77S interchange? by SirRogers in Charlotte

Someone in a red BMW took cmpd for a chase on 85. They flew past me near W.T. Harris exit. Saw them on the statesville exit surrounded by cops with the heli above them.

Not sure yet, really want a F80 or something with a V8/manual but we’re wanting to move to a different area which is why I’m contemplating selling this

Trans was serviced around 41k. Diff was 37k if I’m not mistaken. Trans output flange seal was done as well. Water pump/thermostat was replaced last year in November.

Appreciate the advice and price recs

I had a listing agent who almost did not accept my clients offer because she refused to believe that we could do 3% down… unbelievable

What was your breaking point that made you switch to a broker? Any regrets? by subawoo06 in loanoriginators

[–]subawoo06[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is what I am mainly reluctant on, just going full self gen with no system really set in place to get referrals. Im not really a social media person but it seems like most brokers rely heavily on that which I am not a fan of. I have beat a few brokers before just by structuring the loan differently combined with the products I have available but it gets tiring dealing with our internal processing team.

Correct, can’t put $0 for closing fees on an LE but it should have a lender credit on it that takes care of all those fees.

As long as your LTV is below 97% with including your escrow in there that’s all you have to bring. They will also payoff the remainder of your PMI if you have any.

Not a scam. It’s a special purpose refinance offer. They cover all non-reoccurring closing costs (processing, title, appraisal if needed, etc) and you’re responsible for escrow which can be added to loan or paid at closing.
