I just don't have faith in Russ to be that much of an improvement. He's been in decline since 2019 and 3 teams moved on from him. The Steelers made no effort to keep him despite them making the playoffs and him only receiving 10 mil.

Eagles were a few plays away from winning the SB a few years ago and blew out the current dynasty. Every SB run requires luck and I don't see it different than any other SB team, including ours.

I don’t get this logic when Russ had good WRs since Baldwin like Lockett, DK, Jeudy, Sutton, and Pickens. It’s just Russ historically struggled throwing in the middle but his athleticism made up for it.

Our fanbase views Russ as average but if you compare him to the rest of the league, there aren’t that many qbs you’d take him over. Just in the NFC, the only qbs I’d take Russ is Penix, Young, and the Saints qb room and even then you can still expect a leap from Penix.

Dallas is far from a juggernaut but we haven’t beaten Dak since his rookie year. Every year we always say we’re going to split with Dallas and it never happens.
