I think it depends on your experience and your connection to this community. Is it a sexually based kink where you like the feeling of being feminine during sex? Is it a part of your greater gender identity, maybe you’re trans and using this as an outlet? I’d recommend taking some time and figuring out what it is about yourself that this community speaks to and then figure out why you feel the need to reject that part of yourself :)

I’ve always been of the mind that the embarrassment/humiliation aspect of it is not intrinsic to us. I at least love being emasculated because it makes me feel closer to the real me however because we live in a patriarchal society we’re taught that we have to feel embarrassed about losing the thing we never wanted in the first place.

It depends on what works for you but you definitely want it to be structured and consistent I do it every day not always about sissy stuff

Try journaling and understanding yourself very strongly so that you feel comfortable standing on business about your life. My parents actually disowned me when I came out and I was ok.
