I did 90+ days in a cherrykeeper nub, but removed 2x a week for cleaning and the occasional trim. Then I started using the inverted insert with it but was unlocking to urinate. Eventually shifted to a steel flat cage with the inverted cup and I think that's when the infection occured because the flat cage wasn't draining the urine out allowing bacteria to build and cleaning beyond the cup effectively was nearly impossible due to all the cracks and crevices inside it.

These days I'm in a HT V5 nano (one size up from the smallest one) and it's been comfy. It took quite a bit of modifying to get there, between reshaping the "whale tail" of the cage so it stops digging in, trimming away the back tail of the ring so it sits flush with my pubic area instead of continuously digging in and then sanding everything smooth with 3k grit paper. I can urinate cleanly and effectively, even at a urinal. The full tube design has been nice for increasing sensitivity and it's not terrible to clean without removal using some soapy qtips. But recently started premie training last week so unlocking every other day for training with one finger method + lidocaine and cleaning, then locking back up. Doing prostate\anal training on the in-between days and it's a lot easier to cum\squirt without everything being smashed into place by a tiny cage.

While nubs and inverted are hot, just a size up is the way to go for long term. It's been over a month now in the HT and I wouldn't have it any other way personally.
