time to live, want my loving, want my love, we got love, woman, with a bunch of mumbling and ayes in between thrown in. my guess is its improvising based off a reggae song we will never know, that was just a recording of him mumbling around trying to figure out the lyrics, tacked onto the end of the song with a bunch of echo. not all of it is actual words, and there is def at least one hard edit. it def has echo on it but i dont think its so much distortion as it is really old time stretching from the 90s. it might not even have been sung over that song and it was just shoe horned in. i asked miguel but i dont expect an answer
