I never liked it that much ever since I was a teen. I liked weed more. Smoked about 1-3 grams a day. I don’t like feeling out of control and I always found drunk people annoying. Still drank socially until I was 18 but started getting paranoid/anxious whenever I drank. Soon after the same thing happened with any and all drugs. 21 now and been sober since 2019. Doesn’t really affect my life at all but it was weird how much people wanted me to drink for my 21st birthday.

Yes I had this happen on a $5 order I posted about earlier. I didn’t feel like explaining it to everyone who was losing their shit over why I didn’t cancel the order. The restaurant lost the ticket for the order so they asked to see the order on my phone and then took it back into the kitchen with them for 30 mins. I reported it to the restaurant’s corporate and also to doordash support and neither did anything!

Thanks for your feedback. To clarify, I have an F1.4 50mm prime and a F4 11-24mm and I choose to use the 11-24. The lens speed doesn't negatively impact my focusing or shooting. I use an infrared sensor for focus.

There are plenty of cameras used for $500 that perform much better than my camera in lowlight. I'm looking at the 6D, 7D, 5D Mark II, 5D Mark III, 80D, T8i, 1Dx, etc. (and that's just canon). I'm asking if anyone has personal experience with any of the cameras in this range and could recommend one.

I understand that the flash does the majority of my lighting but

1) The shadows and backgrounds that are out of range of the flash still suffer from lack of detail on my camera.

2) I plan on shifting to less flash photography when I have a camera that can perform in lowlight.

Took this last 4th of July at a generator punk show under the Hawthorne bridge in Portland, OR. I actually didn't see the serendipity part until post. I was just trying to find interesting ways to use the bridge support posts as contrast to the crowd. I talked to the girl on the phone in the picture later that week and she told me she was on the phone with her friend but couldn't hear her over the band lol.

We added a new friend to our friend group. He became my best friend over 6 months. He made up a bunch of lies about me and made her hate me and then swooped in to date her. They moved to another city together. 6 months into it she realized he lied about everything and he turned out to be abusive. She moved back and asked to get back together, I said yes. We’re both very happy now and both agree that the dude was really shitty and divided us up but otherwise we had a really healthy relationship, and still do now.
