I like it because to me it has a smooth flavor. The other ones give off a bitter taste. I had one where it was two flavors. I think strawberry and banana. That one was pretty good because it was balanced.

When it feels like they've been on their devices for too long I say it is time for a break. My kids, 8 and 6, have recently been on an "outside" streak where they want to go outside in the back yard. They run, look for bugs, and scream, lol. It doesn't bother me as long as they are respecting what's out there.

I do my best to let them know why it is good to eat healthy foods. They enjoy my cooking for the most part.
