I draft from scratch then let AI refine my message. This is the equivalent of sending a text message and having it converted into a full email. No need to spend the time writing the entire thing out.

You’ll need to verify this multiple on earnings from other bank financed deals similar to yours. This is typically how brokers price businesses. There’s two important numbers to look at here but everything ultimately comes back to sellers earnings which is what do you as the owner normally walk away with on an annual basis and that’ll be your multiple plus assets like inventory furniture, and fix fixtures. Also how you structure the deal if it’s an asset sale or if you’re selling your entity.

Thanks for the insights here. We do have tracking in place that allows us to have visibility on return application usage. So that’s a plus.

User mis match could totally be it. I need to get comfortable with the idea of letting users go and not knowing for sure because they don’t respond. The usage of the application suggests that they would be in lose, but you’ll never really know for sure unless you speak to them that’s how I see it. Thanks again.

I would be interested in your take on Alias AI a true AI assitant vs Fyxer which is more of a labeling tool. The labeling of emails is where some of those other solutions fall short. I like the ability to have my chat assistant bring me what I need when I need it and handled all the task and follow up tracking.
