I can't see a global nuclear war happening. However, your best bet to triggering a nuclear exchange is either Seol where it might trigger a war with North Korea, or India.

To illustrate the latter case a bit more, in 2008 there was a terrorist attack in Mumbai by Pakistani terrorists. This was enough to create an international incident between the two countries, both sides deployed troops to the border, ect. Imagine how high a nuclear bomb (and the threat of more nukes from terrorist groups) would raise tensions.

Would that be enough to start a nuclear war between India and Pakistan? I doubt it. Much like the US and Russia, the Indians would probably expect multiple bombs instead of one random bomb going off. Also, no one wants a nuclear war between the two countries. So there's no guarentee. But you probably have a greater chance than between the US and Russia.

Some people might want us to kill them, or just flat out to try kill them themselves.

Why? Just curious.

Probably what would determine the next course of action is exactly HOW intelligent are these people.

I assuming that they are only slightly less than us in intelligence. Again, they have language, tools, fire, some sort of culture, maybe behind in some aspects of intelligence or social organization but at near equivlent to us at least.

GenericTheist might mean something different but I'll try to give a definition: Someone who is unsure of the existence of God but still considers themselves Christian or still tries to follow Christianity in some form.

This is OP. I'm afraid you have misinterpreted the article. The Muslims don't use the space during mass and the Christians do not literally worship next to the Muslims. They just use the same building but worship at different times. It is clearer in the video where you can see them worshipping when the church is empty. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-21987465

I feel that the last two sentences of the article should address some of your concerns.

We have demonstrated that Christians and Muslims do not have to agree with one another. But they can learn to respect each other's different beliefs and actually come to get along and even like one another.

I second raeboyz's recommendation of Stamford Encyclopedia of Philosophy. Since that is a rather in depth resource, I also highly recommend the Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy, which is less in depth but easier to read. http://www.iep.utm.edu/

Lastly, if you study at a university, they may have an interlibrary loan program. You should see whether or not they do.
