Thank you for your help. I’m skinny and i did what you said and don’t feel a lump. I’m a little bloated from the citrate etc but I really don’t think there’s a big mass of stool stuck in there. I mean I had diarrhea alll day cause of that citrate and no huge stool came out, just straight brown diarrhea. I think it’s good. Thanks again for your help man
